The Economic Mobility Center offers appointment based assistance for income taxes, auto repairs, and birth certificate & ID vouchers. By learning more, you can submit an online application for the services provided directly through the Economic Mobility Center.

Get back on the road at a price you can afford. Auto Repair provides families with financial assistance they need for costly vehicle repairs.
VITA
File your federal and state taxes for free through our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. We offer professional tax services to low-to-moderate income families, helping them to save money each year through valuable tax credits.
BIRTH CERTIFICATE & ID VOUCHERS
This program provides birth certificates and photo IDs to those living in a Continuum of Care shelter or those entering an addiction recovery program.

United Way of Greater Stark County is pleased to join the partnership that supports StarkHelpCentral.com, a searchable community resource website supported by Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery (StarkMHAR), Stark County Job & Family Services, Stark Educational Service Center, Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Stark County Family Court and Stark County Family Council.
With this partnership, Stark County 2-1-1 will close its 2-1-1 information line and online database. This move will establish StarkHelpCentral.com as the primary source of information about community resources in Stark County.
